Director Paul announced that the decision of Huddersfield assitant manager will not be a rushed process. Town director Paul Haigh has confirmed that Wadsworth's views will be taken into account over the decision of Huddersfield's assistant manager. The director also stated that the descision will not be rushed and that every aspect of the decision will be thought through thoroughly.

Haigh said: "Our original thoughts were to get an assistant in quickly and perhaps even announce both the manager and the assistant on the same day.

"However, we quickly formed the opinion that the manager should be involved in the decision."
It is known that several of the applicants for the manager's job also asked to be considered for the assistant's role.

"Whatever happens, it will be a joint decision between Mick and the directors and will be the right choice for Huddersfield Town," Haigh told the club's website.
