A Modified wing for McLaren after Malaysia

One of the eight teams who warned the FIA they would protest if action over the Ferrari wing saga was not taken, McLaren Mercedes has agreed to take a new wing to the Australian GP.

BMW Sauber, another team which signed the letter to the FIA will also take altered wings to Australia.

The three teams who did not sign the letter were Ferrari, the team which they supply with engines - Red Bull, and their junior team Toro Rosso.

A McLaren spokesman said that there was a minor issue with an attachment to a secondary wing which came to the team's attention in Malaysia. They confirmed that it would be rectified for the Australian Grand Prix.
