Kim Clijsters showed no reaction signs to her ankle injury after Tuesday night first round clash romping to a 6-0, 6-0 win over Maria Elena Camerin advancing to the third round Clijsters also confirmed that her ankle felt "pretty good" despite concerns from the previous day.

"It flared up yesterday but today it definitely felt better," she said.

"It still feels a little bit stiff but I'm getting used to playing with the
taping."

Dinara Safina will be next round opponent for Clijsters after she upset 27th seed Amanda Coezter 7-5, 6-3. Safina could cause trouble for the Belgian if her ankle responds badly to her afternoon match.

Anastasia Myskina strolled through her second round mach looking quietly confident has she slides through the draw beating Switzerland's Emmanuelle Gagliardi 6-2, 6-4.

Anna Smashova-Pistolesi surprisingly crashed out to 15 year old French schoolgirl Tatiana Golovin. Golovin, who turns 16 on Sunday, is ranked 354
in the world, but totally outclassed Pistolesi. 6-2, 6-3.
