The League Of Wales finished in the top 18 in the FIFA fair play tables and Carnarthen Town who finished top of Wales's fair play table hoped to be invited into the UEFA cup following their dubut in the competition last season.
The Welsh clubs hopes were dashed when they were not one of the two lucky teams to be drawn.
A team from Norway who topped the fair play award will acompany Czech team Sigma Olomouc and recently relegated Ipswich Town in the Competition.
The Unlucky teams included high profile names such as Real Sociedad and VfL Borussia Monchengladbach
