The Motormen are meeting police to discuss whether their Stadium can host the FA Cup tie against division two’s Queens Park Rangers.

If Rivacre Park is deemed unsuitable for the fixture, it is more than likely that the game will be played at the Deva Stadium with Chester away at Colchester United on the same day.

Their had not been an official capacity check on the stadium but Motermen manager Alvin McDonald believes it to be in the region of 2,500. QPR are likely to bring 1000+ fans.

Vauxhall’s made it into the 1st round proper after an impressive 5-1 home victory over Hucknall Town.
