SEASON TICKET SALES

How many Season Tickets has the club allocated?

SEASON TICKET SALES 2025-26 SEASON

As the North Stand has now been sold and the South Stand leased to an Education Company, the capacity of the stadium has been dramatically reduced.

We have had no live rugby up at Sixways for many many weeks since our slide into administration!

Warriors are now in The Champ!

How will this affect attendances and the sale of season tickets?

It seems we are doing very well indeed, season ticket sales will be closing this week with over 4,600 ST's sold acording to the club's website.

I thought I would carry out a numbers check using the clubs own website's stadium map. This schows every seat that was available and all the seats still available to purchase ST's. It also gives us the numbers for seating capacity in the East and West stands and therefore match capacity if the North and South stands stay closed.

Below is an analysis of the numbers as per the club website

As can be clearly seen the numer of 4,600 ST's sold does not match the actual numbers displayed on the website!?

Some of the numbers can be made up by the U12's getting free ST's if purchased with an adult ST

We can also see the value of these ST's as shown, based on the charges for the different class of ST.

I have added in Hospitality sales as the club has stated all hospitality has been sold for the season. I have taken a guess at the cost of the boxes.

I have also added in VIP Dining as that is a big earner and event for the club. Probably understated at 200 covers per game. The £80 charge also includes a gold match ticket price.

Point to remember, I have no inside information but gathered the info from publically available numbers.

If the ticket figures on the website are accurate and we then open the closed stands we are likely to see in excess of 7,000 Warriors supporters at the matches.

Looking at the seating map I do not see a lot of space for the travelling away fans apart from maybe Block I in the East Stand.

All good stuff!

Regarding the South, did the club not say at the first supporters’ evening that although they would not be selling ST’s in the South that subject to demand match day tickets would be made available?

FC, the number of seats unavailable to buy season tickets does not equate to the number sold. I assume that once a seat has been sold for the Coventry or Bath game it will be no longer available for season ticket purchase. Also some of them might be retained for other purposes eg minis playing at half time. Having said that looking at the equivalent maps for the Coventry and Bath Games there are at least 6,800 seats unavailable for those games. Adding in the hospitality packages etc it looks like we are heading for attendances over 7,000. The tickets in the South Stand for those games seem to have sold well.

All good stuff. just one point, a lot of the ST will have been sold at old fogies rates, so the revenue won’t be quite as much as you stated

Oldwulfwarrior, the stadium image is purely Season Tickets available to buy. I doubt the ticket office have removed those matchday tickets sold for the Bath or I hope not. As that would be unfair on people who want to buy s season ticket for that seat. Everything does match available-sold-removed.

Garym, I was unsure how to show that as no idea how many of us “oldies” have bought ST’s, so dis-laced max revenue.

JP, as you know I started a similar count a while back and posted on the Season Ticket thread. I have looked again recently and my numbers are almost the same as yours but of course I haven't put them in a fancy table for all to see but I've got them in my own spreadsheet and just posted the bare totals per stand.

I think you're right, I would be very surprised if there aren't 7000 plus at both the Bath and Coventry games

Great analysis JP.
The club has blocked off some areas in the East for away supporters +/- match-day tickets. Regardless of this, we are guaranteed a near full E&W for every game. What a prospect.

Total Guess as to Percentages Per Age Group

I don't feel it will be far off.

I really do believe we will average 7,000+ attendances over the season

Still fine tuning.

There are 30 seats per block lost for the vomiter's and have also take away 250 seats reserved for opposition fans in Bronze Block I

They can start to prepare them all for posting out to us by the Bath Game (hopefully)
