The Compulsory Strike Off Action is different from the Winding Up Petition. The latter is still going ahead.

Yes, but the strike off is separate from the winding up petition, which is still live.

17:00 Monday for the big reveal of the mystery buyer, but definitely noon today for the Falcons game. That's 2 hours 40 minutes from now.

From a Sarries fan, I really hope something is able to be rescued from this car crash of a situation.

This could be my ignorance, but is the Player insurance the major stumbling block for the continuance of eligibility to play.
Just how much are the Insurance Premiums does anyone know .

Just driven around Sixways as I live fairly near. One photographer outside, some chap asleep in a car, a few cars in the West Car Park, the Community van parked by the ticket office and that is about it.

Much I think as would be expected. The "advisers" will have had the opportunity over the last couple of days to collect whatever information they needed on site, access to records etc.

Their work will now be off site and I can't think that there will be any activity at Sixways for the foreseeable. All presentations by prospective purchasers, haggling and negotiation as to the finer points can all be dealt with elsewhere.

Once Administration gets under way that may change; much depends on whether the Administrator has funds to keep the site ticking over and for it to be appropriately insured. It will be in the Administrator's interest, and that of the creditors, for the site to be as much of a "going concern" as possible.

Back to the top with the only two deadlines tag count

1. Removal of the Winding Up Petition

2. Our re-instatement and our next game down at Bristol!

Please include the womens team

The University of Worcester Warriors, hopefully, will have a home match vs DMP Sharks on Saturday 15th Ocober which could be the return of rugby to Sixways

They are currently top of their pool group after having beaten Harlequins and Exeter ( who were last years Cup finalists)
