Our new home shirt is similar to last season's, with the main change being that the sleeves are completely white, not hooped. Our new away shirt is also largely unchanged, but with a couple of little white lines down the side. Unfortunately, that one isn't on sale yet.
New season, new shirt... for most people anyway. For some reason, I'm still wearing my old 02/03 home shirt (I've got the 03/04 one, but I hate it).
Earlier today, our new home kits (shirts, shorts and socks) finally went on sale, even though they apparently arrived in stock over two weeks ago. As the season tickets were late in being sent out, the club decided to hold the kits until everyone had received them, so as those season-ticket holders who had vouchers for a new shirt could get their's at the same time as everybody else. The away kits are due to go on sale on the 22nd of August.
For those of you who haven't got your shirts yet, the prices are as follows:
Adult Shirts: £36
Children's Shirts: £30
Adult Shorts: &13
Children's Shorts: £10
Socks: £6
A piece of advice from me - if you want to be sure of getting a adult home shirt this season - is to make sure that you get it well in advance of Christmas, as they often run out of stock by then. The situation last season was that I wanted a home shirt for Christmas, but they had run out and they never got them back in stock (so no hoops for me I'm afraid).
