 It is believed that Dave Jones is on the verge of signing Spurs stars Sergei Rebrov and Steffen Iverson.

 A high-profile clear-out at at Spurs as already seen the likes of Teddy Sherringham and one-time Wolves target Ben Thatcher leave White Heart Lane and it looks as though Strikers Rebrov and Iversen may join them.

 The approach from Wolves for Iversen was today confirmed by Spurs and it is believed the 26-year-old may be in the Wolves ranks by as early as next week.

 Iversen is in talks with Wolves as a deal (believed to be around £2 Million) is negotiated.

 As, with all targets nobody from Molineux would comment on the moves as the team today flew off to Spain to begin their week of intense training.
