A real mid-table encounter faces Wolves this afternoon when they travel to Crystal Palace for their latest Premier League game. Wolves currently sit one place above Palace in the league with a positive four goal difference.
Having already beaten Palace twice this season at Molineux this season in the League and the FA Cup, Wolves fans may anticipate achieving three points today, but clearly the main priority will be to maintain another clean sheet after the goalless draw achieved at Chelsea on Wednesday.
Coach Nuno Espirito Santo's main concern would appear to be the left wing back position as Jonny, Marcal and now Rayan Ait-Nouri are all unfit to play. Ait-Nouri sustained an abductor injury at Chelsea and was replaced by Nelson Semedo moving from the right side with Ki-Jana Hoever coming on to play at right wing back. It can only be imagined that this will have been focused upon during training, considering the threat Palace present down the flanks from Zaha and Ezé. Morgan Gibbs-White is now fit to train having previously tested positive for Covid-19.
Wolves fans will doubtless be keen to see their new on-loan striker Willian José start his first game, having come on during the second half on Wednesday. However Patrick Cutrone is unlikely to figure as he is reportedly close to joining Valencia on loan for the remainder of the season.
Unusually the game has a 3:00pm kick off on a Saturday, and - also unusually - will be screened live on Sky Sports. Our referee will be Simon Hooper.
This board will provide updates on the progress of the game, and members are encouraged to post their own observations for those unable to watch the game.

Still no Saiss in the squad but I’ve not heard anything re injury.
