The team need should be announced now as i type this. After the performance and result against Newcastle last weekend if Zenga doesn't pick the same side then he has problems.

Same team as last week, good to see.

Afternoon all.
Some dubious refereeing decisions already. Tex claim for a penalty turned down, then Irofa judged to hand ball after being fouled

Any updates on our performance? Still 0-0

Just as I typed, Sky say Brentford have been the better side but we've just got back into it. A great save from Ikeme earlier on but they report the Tex penalty appeal wasn't a penalty

Commentators on Player both thought it was a pen Ivy.
Wolves have made a few promising attacks, which seem to break down when Tex needs to deliver a decent ball - he keeps trying to bea,t too many opponents

Dadi wins a free kick outside pen area. Costa totally wastes free kick putting it straight out

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 15:48
A better quality attack by Costa & Doherty results in corner.
1 minute added time be played

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 15:50
Half time Wolves 0 B'ford 0
Thompson thinks Wolves slightly the better team

Sorry I missed the restart, then saw on TV Tex has put us ahead. Apparently their keeper should have saved it!

Cheshire wolf

Intense attacking from Wolves. Costa goes very close. In the end BJ gets a corner. Tex very involved again, but corner comes to nothing

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:17
Free kick in from by line by Tex is missed by all defenders and goes straight in. Wolves 2 B'ford 0

Cheshire wolf

Zenga & co encouraging team not to sit too deep which they usually do. Wolves sound the better team at the moment. Second B'ford midfielder down injured and being replace with a striker

2-1 now!

I misse what led up to it, but Brentford have just smashed in their first goal. Let's hope it's their last!

Costa off Cavaleiro on

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:31
B'ford looking more confident now they're back in the game. Corner comes to nothing. Attendance: 20,637

Nasty challenge by Egan on Dadi. Saiss goes in hard too & gets himself booked, but nothing for Egan!! Dadi up & about OK. Doherty lucky not to give a pen away for hand ball

Referee giving some dubious decisions. Wolves playing too deep & giving too much possession. Wolves players wanting too long on the ball

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:44
Good play from Wolves midfield breaks down. Another attack breaks down trying to be too cute

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:46
B'ford still pushing for equaliser & get cornet. Batth just does enough to ensure Ikeme gets the ball. Some sloppy play from Wolves

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:48
Coady on for a very tired Prince

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:51
Wolves still playing too deep & encouraging them on. 6 minutes added time!! God knows where the ref has found that! BJ makes a telling interception to relieve the pressure.

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:54
Brilliant counter attack led bravely by Dadi who fed Cavaleiro to seal the victory 3-1

Cheshire wolf
24/09/2016 16:54
Chance for a 4th from Dadi but just misses

Ivybridge Wolf

Good win.

Has Zenga found his team?

That's it. Don't know where Ian was today, but fortunately I had good wi-fI in Crete to listen to the match! Good result from a pretty even match.

Has Zenga found his team?

It looks like that and lets hope the penny has finally dropped and Zenga realises this. Barring injury or suspension we need to keep a settled team.
