Mark seems to be looking forward to working with Justin and (as expected) backs his teams handling of Antonio...............................
Here’s what Mark has to say about Pizzonia being dropped. “The team were very professional with Antonio after Barcelona and they were very keen and very comfortable with the latest change, so what Mark Webber thought didn’t really enter into it, which was correct really” said Webber” Justin has clearly been brought in to try to help us reach 5th in the championship and hopefully score points.”
Here’s what Webber had to say about what he expects at Jaguar with Justin:“If we have two cars running very close, like we had in Silverstone actually, it will be a big benefit with regards to sharing data and learning things. It will benefit me, and you have to personalise things to your liking, which Justin will do when he drives the car. I’ll be absolutely stoked if we can get 5th in the championship – it will be awesome.”
“The best rally driver in the world at the moment is a tall bloke and I’m sure Justin is absolutely sick of it. If it hinders how he drives in the car then it’s a problem but if it doesn’t then it’s end of subject.”
