Saracens' Australian international centre Tim Horan has escaped a ban following an RFU disciplinary hearing into a punching incident involving Gloucester wing Marcel Garvey. Horan was cited after he took a swing at Garvey in the fractious Zurich Premiership game at Vicarage Road on 2 February. Despite being found guilty, the twice World Cup winner will be available to face Bath at the Recreation Ground on 1 March after the committee decided that there was no further action to be taken.

Gloucester centre Robert Todd was not as fortunate, however. Todd was also in front of the diciplinary committee and he was found guilty of a dangerous tackle on Sarries captain Kyran Bracken in the same game.

A 21-day ban was handed down to the 31-year-old and he will be unable to play for the runaway league leaders until 19 March. Todd will now miss Gloucester's Powergen Cup semi-final with Leicester and the Zurich Premiership game against Bristol.
