Austin Healey showed his Tiger spirit to win Superstars - part of the BBC's Sport Relief night. Fellow competitors included Steve Redgrave, Gian Luca Vialli, Dwight Yorke, Martin Offiah, Alex Coomber, Stephanie Cook, John Regis and Chris Boardman. Austin started well with a clear win in the 100m sprint competition as expected. Although he was caught trying to bend the rules by wearing spikes (without the spikes) when competition rules banned them, would you expect any less from the Tiger?

Healey went on to win the swimming competition even though he admitted to having a swimming lesson beforehand to make sure he could remember how to swim. It obviously did the trick!

Oz sat out the long distance run and archery tasks, and he came second to Chris Boardman in the rowing contest. He went into the penultimate contest - cycling with an enormous lead and as you would expect from the Tiger he managed to win the competition with one task remaining and then won the final contest in resounding fashion as well.

Austin certainly did himself and the sport of rugby union proud with his fitness levels and competitive streak. In an interview with Jamie Theakston Oz joked that he only put in 50%, I'm surprised he didn't say he had a broken leg to be honest.

Another trophy for the cabinet just a week after preseason started. If the rest of the Tigers team are as pumped up and committed as Austin it should be another thrilling season.
