This is the last of my pictures from the Biarritz trip and shows some of the sights around the coast and at the pre-match lunch at the Cafe Leffe. Saturday morning in Biarritz

Saturday morning in Biarritz

Saturday 30 October started with a short walk to the beach. This seemed like a good suggestion over the evening meal on Friday, but the small matter of changing clocks forward an hour when we aririved in Biarritz meant that the following morning we walked under a starry sky and through the moon-lit streets of Biarritz.... at 08:00a.m.. The result was that we arrived at the beach just before sunrise!

After breakfast, we went on an organised walking tour of Biarritz. This was arranged for us by John Griffiths and, as you might expect, went very well. The tour ended at 'Le Caritz' hotel and an excellent meal at the Cafe Leffe. And guess what? - the place was full of Tigers!
