That might actually be the first time ever Tigers have fielded their 1st choice 23.
If this team can't secure 5 points at home, then something is seriously amiss.
Tries don't make any difference.
It's a knock out game for us but not them. Just have to win and keep the wagon on the road for another week.

If we can stay injury free this group should honed for our next knock-out game
Then it's jolly time, until next season to continue our evolution

This is it, here we go. One thing is certain, if we kick the ball away against this team, they will return it with a purpose and with interest. Having said that, I don't think we are going to do anything stupid now. A win will take us to a last game decider, a bp win will put us in the driving seat. Whether we are on the pitch, on the bench or in the stand we have but one purpose, get behind the team and get them over the line, with all due respects to Deano, Wells and Newcastle.

Well as idle intimated, no place to hide now, if we have any ambition to win the payoffs we have to win and win big tomorrow night, no excuses, as near a first fifteen as we have put out for a long while , at home , last home game of the season , Friday night lights. If we lose this then Skippy is a bust kangaroo.
That is one great team sheet, I really hope they are smarting from the last result and turn on a performance.

Why win big?
Falcons are a damn good team and 4th in the league currently.

True, AW, they have some outstanding players, but not much depth and are struggling in the front row.
Win big, as a statement of intent, after last weeks debacle , before we have to go to Sale and win any how we can.
Tigers getting a TBP and preventing Falcons from getting a LBP is an extra 2 league points which might have some say at the end of Saturday next week.
Plus, whilst Tigers have their first choice 23 pretty much on that team sheet, Falcons do not. At home too, we should win. But, it's sport, and, on paper, we should have beaten Saints last time out and didn't.

Gareth Owen and Nick Malouf the only first XXIII players I can name who aren't included. Maybe Tino?

The only argument for a change to that 23 might be a fit Gareth Owen for Mat Tait on the bench and that's a close discussion tbh. Malouf for Holmes? I'd go for the latter in a tight big game only for his greater experience in 15s. Not sure where Tino would fit?

I know! If we'd not blown so many points earlier in the season then with that squad I'd have us fighting for second and probable finalists with a chance of winning the whole Plumpyship thing.
