Ladies are awarded a bye against BG Combination

Harlequin Ladies were given a walkover win by league opponents BG Combination who failed to put out a team this Sunday (18th April). Although this gives the Ladies a valuable 4 points, they miss out on a much needed bonus point to contend for league promotion. The Ladies play their last home league game of the season against Reading at Old Isleworthians on at 2.30pm on Sunday 25th April 2004. Both Reading and Quins U16 sides will be playing a curtain raiser before hand. The Ladies still have a rearranged league game in hand, but have been given an ultimatum by the RFUW to have all their fixtures played before Sunday 2nd May 2004. The league against fellow contenders Plymouth is still up for grabs.
