| Board Name: | Keith Jenner |
| Age: | 33 |
| Location: | Barnsley, Yorkshire |
| Occupation: | Accountant |
| Why did you choose your board name?: | It's my name |
| How long have you been supporting Quins?: | This will be my third season. We started supporting them late in the 2000/01 season |
| How did you start supporting Quins?: | The Stoop was the most convenient ground to get to and Keith Wood played for them |
| If you play(ed) rugby what position did/do you play?: | I went to the wrong type of school so never played the game, except for one token lesson. I've never been so scared in my life |
| Best ever Quins game: | There have been so many, even in such a short time. I must mention the Parker Pen Shield final, which was our first game, and proved that Rugby was a game best watched live. There was also the quarter final vs Leicester last year, which was made even better because we were having an alcohol free month, but had said we could have a drink that night if Quins won. The best has to be the Leeds relegation clash though. Everyone was on such a high from the moment that Matt Moore ran in the first try and we sensed that we were going to be safe |
| Favourite off pitch Quins experience: | Just being at the Stoop before and after a game |
| What is the most ridiculous rugby related thing you have done?: | Probably what we do just about any home game. Driving all the way from Yorkshire and back for the match. A good 6 hour round trip. Sometimes we stay somewhere locally though. The locals here can't believe it, especially now Rotherham are in the Premiership |
| Favourite Ground (after The Stoop): | Not been to that many, and The Stoop is very much top of my list of Rugby grounds I have visited. I suppose The Madegski would be my favourite, or Twickenham if that counts |
| Favourite Quins Player: | Can I go for two? Two of the worlds greatest players, Keith Wood and Will Greenwood. Pure class. Also, a word for perhaps the most committed Quins player I have seen, Andre Vos |
| Favourite Non-Quins Player: | Johnny Wilkinson, although I'd also have to mention Richard Hill. Both quality players and England would struggle without them |
| Most likely to say?: | Sorry, I can't make your wedding, I've got to go to the Rugby/Racing |
| Least likely to say?: | That Tony Blair, he's great, and I love his wife too |
| What are your non-rugby pastimes?: | Horse Racing, English and American History, Travel and Music |
| Favourite Film(s): | Hardly watch any and I haven't got a favourite |
| Favourite TV Programme(s): | Only Fools And Horses, Men Behaving Badly, One Foot In The Grave. I must also mention the greatest comedy of them all, Coronation Street |
| Favourite Book(s): | Anything by Bill Bryson. Any decent history book |
| Favourite Music: | The Beatles, New Model Army, Neil Young, Counting Crows, The Wildhearts, The Jam, Ocean Colour Scene, Bob Dylan, Coldplay etc... |
| Favourite Food(s): | Chinese, although you can't beat an Indian after a few beers |
| Favourite Drinks(s): | A pint of decent Bitter. Sam Smith's is particularly popular at the moment as it's only £1.30 a pint at our local |
| Favourite Quotation(s): | Off with their goolies! (Not The Nine O'Clock News) |
| Favourite Place(s) to visit: | Anywhere as long as you turn up on a cruise ship, North East USA, London (the greatest city in the world), The Stoop, Ascot Racecourse (the best sporting venue I've visited). My favourite would have to be Epsom Downs on Derby Day, absolutely perfect |
| When you were young what did you want Jim to Fix for you?: | I'm sure there was something, but I can't remember. Probably involved QPR as I was a big fan back then |
| Tell us THREE things about yourself that we wouldn't know. BUT, TWO of these should be true, but ONE should be totally made up: | 1. I once was a contestant in Runaround and still have the T shirt to prove it. 2. I have stood as a candidate at local elections. 3. I once featured as an extra in Grange Hill. |
