Next season our first home game is not at the Madejski stadium but at Twickenham on Saturday the 4th September when we take on our ex-landlords, Harlequins. After our game Saracens take on Wasps. No doubt we'll have at least a car park party organised, if we get our act together, perhaps even more. It promises to be a grand day out.

London Irish have blocks of allocated seating  but those of you who know HQ will know that even if you are sitting in adjoining blocks it can feel like you are miles away from those you know. Between us we've devised a cunning plan. It goes something like this.

By the end of May any season ticket holder with a form and voucher sends it to Mrs Goz. The form must be fully completed and have the relevant voucher. The plan is that we will sit in either the East or West stand, the form doesn't allow you to specify which.

Now here's the cunning part. If you are not a season ticket holder but wish to join us there are two ways of doing it. If you know a season ticket holder who is joining this scheme arrange with that person to apply for tickets on your behalf. 

Now, if you are a STH who has say five different people asking to join us, you have a bit of work to do as well. Mrs Goz has plenty on her hands as it is. so we will need and want you to take responsibility for those you are sponsoring. In short, get these five people to pay you and then send the form to Mrs Goz with a cheque from yourself. One cheque per form only, made out to Rugby Football Union.

If you do not know a season ticket holder you have two options. Either post a message on the board and we'll see if we can help you or wait until we have got the tickets at which time we'll publish which blocks we are in and you can try your luck with the club or Twickenham.
