Raikkonen Retains
His Engine And
Gains A Tattoo

Ferrari have confirmed that the engine in Kimi Raikkonen's F2007 will not have to be changed for the Malaysian Grand Prix. Initial concerns that the engine was damaged in Australia have been pushed aside and the Finn will not face a grid penalty at Sepang. Ferrari Team Principal Jean Todt had this to say:

"We made more checks than if it didn't happen, and he simulated the problem during free testing here last week, and after all that we are satisfied that nothing demonstrated that we should change our programme from Australia."

Kimi Raikkonen also confirmed he would be using the same engine:

"We are going to keep it. There is no reason to change it."

This is certainly good news for Raikkonen, who is looking to make it two in a row, after dominating the Australian Grand Prix. In a completely un-related matter, Raikkonen has a new tattoo. A tribal design tattoo now covers the Finn's lower Right arm. This would upset most sponsor friendly Team Principals like Ron Dennis or Frank Williams, however Jean Todt does not mind at all:

"Perhaps if he wanted to tattoo his face, I would advise him against it. If a sponsor was unhappy about it, I would rather change the sponsor than tell Kimi that he cannot have a tattoo."
