Michael Schumacher Will Return To Racing

Michael Schumacher's ex-rival Mika Hakkinen believes that the Germand will return to racing within the next few years. The Finn, who was likely Michael's most equal opponent, is not sure when or where Schumacher will return, but he knows that racing is in his blood and that this will bring him back.

Michael Schumacher's ex-rival Mika Hakkinen believes that the Germand ace will return to racing within the next few years. The Finn, who was likely Michael's most equal opponent, is not sure when or where Schumacher will return, but he knows that racing is in his blood and that this will bring him back. This is what Hakkinen had to say about Schumacher:

"Racing is in the blood of all of us. We love racing, we love driving cars. I have no idea, (what Schumacher will do) because probably even he does not know."

Hakkinen, despite retiring from Formula 1 in 2001, could not resist stepping back into a racing car and within a few years, the Finn began his challenge of the DTM series. Such a move is not out of the question for Schumacher, but it is extremely difficult to see Michael in anything else than a red Formula 1 car. Will Michael return? Quite possibly, though not likely for a few years.
