Town legend Kevin Beattie says the accusations of him stealing money are merely a misunderstanding which should all be sorted out soon.
Beattie was arrested last week on suspicion of stealing money from a house, he has been bailed until the 11th of November but he is protesting his innocence.

Beattie: "It is all a misunderstanding which I'm sure will soon be sorted out.

"I have nothing to hide.

"I want to thank my well wishers and friends for their messages of support."
