Volz Steps Up Recovery
By Aston
October 2 2008
Town defender Moritz Volz has stepped up his recovery from a hamstring injury and could feature in Town's game against Charlton at the weekend.
The German defender missed Town's games against Crystal Palace and Barnsley because of the injury he picked up against Wigan in the Carling Cup.

Town physio Matt Byard: "At the moment, Moritz is obviously a doubt for the weekend but he has certainly not been ruled out yet.

"He did some very positive work this morning and we expect to step up his workload on Friday. We will then have an idea on whether he will be available for selection."

Pim Balkestein could also be involved against the Addicks with Matt adding: "We will have a look at Pim but at the moment he is doubtful for the Charlton game,"
