Quinn Eyeing Goals
By Aston July 21 2008
Town midfielder Alan Quinn has set himself a personal target of scoring 10 goals for Town this coming season.
Quinn scored 4 goals during Town's pre-season tour of Belfast, partly thanks to a new formation and he hopes the formation will continue into next season to allow him to score a personal best 10 goals in a season.

Quinn: "Hopefully I can get more chances and I can score more goals for Ipswich. My main job is still to set up players and I enjoy doing that.

"I should have scored more for Sheffield Wednesday but I would like to get more here now.

"My aim is to get into double figures. I didn't give myself targets as such.

"It suits me to play in the three-man midfield and it gives me space to try things.

"With someone sitting in front of the back five it gives you licence to get into the box with plenty of options."
