Hollman Confirmed As Coach
By Aston July 8 2008
Town have confirmed that former Town youngster James Hollman will be returning to the club as the new goalkeeping coach.
The 30-year-old coach was understudy to both Richard Wright and Craig Forest when he was at Town first time round, after leaving Portman Road he went on to play at semi-professional level for Kings Lynn while coaching at Town's academy.

He spent 7 years at Norwich working with Robert Green and Joe Lewis before leaving and taking up a role with Cambridge united earlier this year. It had been expected that former Town goalkeeping coach Malcolm Webster would be returning to the job but Hollman is delighted he got the job and not Webster.

Hollman: "It's a dream job for me to come back and work at the club I support.

"It's a fantastic opportunity for me and I'm really looking forward to playing a part in Ipswich moving forward."

Town manager Jim Magilton added: "James is young and hungry for success.

"He has impressed me with his attitude and ideas and comes highly recommended by people he has worked with already at this Club."
