Wright Next Week?
By Aston June 21 2008
Town are reportedly going to re-sign goalkeeper Richard Wright next along with goalkeeping coach Malcolm Webster.
Wright is currently number 2 behind Rob Green at West Ham but spent the last part of last season on-loan at Southampton where Webster was working under George Burley and Nigel Pearson prior to them both leaving the club for different reasons.

The 30-year-old Wright has made 319 first team appearances, spilt between his time at Ipswich, Arsenal, Everton, West Ham and Southampton with 240 of those coming at Ipswich. He has two England caps, he almost signed for Town last summer but made the move to West Ham instead as he wanted Premiership football.

Webster has not had an interview for the Town job yet but has not ruled anything out for when he returns to England on Thursday following his holiday, saying: "Working with Richard again at the end of last season was superb. I have not had an interview with Ipswich but we will have to wait and see what happens."
