De Vos To Scout For Town
By Aston May 12 2008
Town's departing captain Jason De Vos says he will still be doing his bit to help Town win promotion next season despite being in Canada.
De Vos retired as a player following Town's 1-0 win against Hull to pursue a career as a TV pundit back in his native Canada covering the MLS, where he will be keeping an eye on players who might be able to do a job for Town.

De Vos: "It was a very tough decision to call time on my career because I think I will miss out on promotion next season, but it felt it was the right time for me to go and it's new challenge ahead of me and one I'm really excited about.

"I'm hoping to carry on doing my bit for the Club as well. I will keep my eyes and ears open on players in the North American continent and if I feel there is someone good enough to play for Ipswich, I will be on the phone to the gaffer straight away."
