Like Steve said quoting Magic.. "Macken has been our best player for the past few games"!!  , "Jason De Vos and Naylor were fantastic"!!  "The referee cost us today"!!  No Jim my son YOU cost us yesterday!!!! FACT.

When you bought Bruce to this club you assured us that he will offer us options at the back. It is quite plain to see that as a right back, Bruce is not an option, so instead of placing him in the heart of it, you elect to take him off and place a midfielder kid, hats his name, you know the fella that cant wait to get back to Charlton....Walton!! That’s it! Fantastic piece of managership was that!!

Take a recognised defender off for someone who just wants to leave and looks worse in that position. I do hope Bryan Klug gave you a smack for that piece of judgement.

Gary Roberts was having a great battle, mainly on his own and on reflection, was the only player that looked like he wanted to score. So what was your answer to this? You take him off too!!!  Unbelievable

You allow Lee, who clearly looked as if he needed a fag break, to continue, you decided to play two of the hottest young prospects at this club and only allow them 10 minutes to turn it around!!!! Have you learnt nothing from Joe Royle? Won’t you listen to Bryan Klug? He was after all coaching players when you were still cleaning boots at Liverpool!!

I am now getting concerned about your apparent lack of vision, 20,000 of us weekly can see that De Vos and Naylor are a bloody joke, the whole of last season was a testament to that. Royle had an excuse though....It was called no money whatsoever.

You have used the loan system well and for that I give you some credit. But the fact still remains that we still have De Vos and Naylor as our king pins. They were total crap as a pair last season, what you reckon they will be better players playing under an Irishman? It’s not going to happen Jimbo old son and Bryan Klug already knows it, you just won’t listen to it.

We are all desperate for Macken to do well. We occasionally see glimpses of his old self. But this partnership with Lee is not going to happen. If you pursue this further, you will be playing with the heart and passions of 20,000 plus supporters who will eventually voice their anger.

Do what is right for this club, you off loaded Parkin, for you felt he was not good enough, you now need to either concede that Macken should play with one of the youngsters, or send him back as simply not good enough.

I will give you some credit though. Joe Royle would have bought him in, unlike your good self who can send him back no harm done, except your pride.

Some of the praise that is coming out of the dressing room from Magilton is a slap in the face to us supporters who spend hard earned cash to see it.

If a particular player has been poor then remaining quiet or simply" he was okay but could do better", would suffice. Hyping a player up better than what he is, is pathetic. These players are wanting to play 1st team football. If they have had a crap game then hear their manager give them praise, are they going to lift their game next time round? I don’t think so!!!

Listen to Bryan Klug FFS, If you are serious about becoming a top manager, listen and learn form your mentors.

I will continue to enjoy this season, this club is and always will be bigger than their manager........
