The 2002 World Cup is over which brings an end to the shaymen.org prediction league. It was a well fought battle which ended up being dominated by one man.

Prediction League Winner!!!

The 2002 World Cup Prediction league Winner is...

Phil had a great start gaining eight points from the first two matches, and come the end of the group stages he had accumulated 13 points. 3 more than he closest rival which was Mark Bedford.

Although he did not receive any points from the final and 3/4 play off, he still managed to win by 7 points finishing on 32 points with Mark Bedford in second place.

3rd Matthew Boyle 24

Phil will receive a £25 cash prize which has kindly been donated by Martensite, and also an engraved trophy which has been kindly donated by Elland Trophy Centre.

Thanks to all the people who entered the prediction league. It has added something extra to what has been a good tournament in South Korea and Japan.

There are plans to have a prediction league for our first season back in the Nationwide Conference, but more details about that will follow closer to the start of the season.
