A superbe century from Andy Strauss lead Middlesex to an empahtic win against Scotland at the Grange. The Scots won the toss and chose to bat first, reacing 218/5 from their 45 overs. Sriram top scoring on 88*.
A superbe century from Andy Strauss lead Middlesex to an empahtic win against Scotland at the Grange. The Scots won the toss and chose to bat first, reacing 218/5 from their 45 overs. Sriram top scoring on 88*.
The Middlesex reply got of to an amazing start with the opening pair of Paul Weekes and Andy Strauss reaching 196 before Weekes (83) was caught by Brinkley of Sriram's bowling. Chad Keegan came in to aid his captain who finished on 107 from 80 balls. All three Middlesex batsmen finished with a strike rate above 100%.
