DAY 3:
A long rain break and a solid start to their 2nd innings gave Middlesex hope of saving the game at Lords. Resuming on 163-4, Middlesex were bowled out for 304, with Gary Keedy taking 6-68. Following-on, the 'sex were 89 without loss at the close.
DAY 2:
Lancashire continued to dominate as the away side took a firm grip on the game. Andrew Flintoff became the 3rd century maker of the innings and Stuart Law fell two short of a double hundred. In reply, Owais Shah hit 81, as Middlesex closed on 163-4, still needing another 252 to avoid the follow-on.
DAY 1:
Middlsex sufferd in the hands of Stuart Law today as he hit 143 n/o as Lancashire reached a total of 366/3 at close. Chilton was also unbeaten on 106.
