Jonny Howson scores
YOU can't help but feel sorry for Carlisle United, who didn't deserve to concede in the First Leg at Elland Road, when Dougie Freedman knicked in, to smash the ball home from four yards against a fabulous Keiron Westwood, six minutes into four minutes of added time.
We all knew it would be hard game for Carlisle on their home turf against a very strong Leeds side, but when Howson smashed home again from close range, you knew it wasn't going to be they're night... and it wasn't. Moments after Jermain Beckford strook the post, Howson popped up again and curled the ball past Westwood who again was outstanding.
Doncaster Rovers take on Southend United tonight (Friday) at the Keepmoat Stadium in the Second Leg, following a goalless opening leg to the game at Roots Hall. It would certainly set up a tasty derby day at Wembley if the Play-Off Final tickets read "Doncaster Rovers Versus Leeds United".
Come On Doncaster!
