The website states "17% of you hate this icy cold two sided hell hole. Sadly it has the potential to be one of the best grounds in the league but nobody wants to sweep up the rubble or pay to finish it."

However Karl Oyston in a recent interview on the Blackpool official site was keen to ensure fans that work on the South Stand is on going. He said "We are well on with the tenders for the piling, steel work and construction, we are in the process of clearing the site and doing the final few surveys and I fully expect the piling to begin towards the end of the month".

Hopefully this is the case, because all these surveys are doing are clubs image no good at all.
