The Leeds Rhinos didn’t do quite enough to secure the engage Super League League Leaders Shield, even though they beat the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats by thirty points to twelve at Belle Vue Stadium in Wakefield. Leeds have gained momentum though as they start their play off campaign in a fortnight when they take on the Saints (who drew with Wigan this evening) at Knowsley Road.

The Leeds Rhinos didn’t do quite enough to secure the engage Super League League Leaders Shield, even though they beat the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats by thirty points to twelve at Belle Vue Stadium in Wakefield.

Leeds have gained momentum though as they start their play off campaign in a fortnight when they take on the Saints (who drew with Wigan this evening) at Knowsley Road. 

Lauitiiti came up with the goods when the Rhinos needed it: he set up a try for skipper Kevin Sinfield before going on to score two himself, after Leeds were level with the home side at twelve points to twelve on sixty minutes.

First half tries came from Jordan Tansey and Brent Webb.
