Monday's BAGS programme kicks off with twelve races apiece from Swindon (11.03 to 1.51) and Sheffield (11.11 to 2.03). Then Monmore (2.08 to 6.11) and Walthamstow (2.18 to 6.18) take over with fourteen races apiece in the afternoon. We move onto Nottingham (6.28 to 9.22), Yarmouth (6.33 to 9.12) and Romford (6.38 to 9.14) to complete a busy day.

For today's BAGS best bet we look to the fourth race at Walthamstow. This A8 contest won't take a lot of winning and Matts Idea (T4 3.17), who possesses decent early pace, is fancied to forge ahead initially and make every post a winning one.

Tonight's card at Crayford includes three open races for punters to get their teeth into. There are two Divisions of a Bookmakers Stakes over 540 metres and a 380-metre Hurdles race also sponsored by the local bookies.

Division A of the 540 goes off at 9.40 and Xamax Magic (T3) has bolted up in three of his last four starts over this course and distance and should be a decent bet to make all of the running from his midfield location. The Hurdlers take to the stage at 9.06 and the selection here is Newlawn Sooty (T3). Although beaten in a similar event on his last start he had previously scorched to success over this C&D and, on that evidence, will be hard to beat tonight.
