How to claim

When you have qualified, call Customer Services on 08000 72 40 40 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to claim your cash and/or losing free bet refund. The £30 cash or the free bet refund will be credited to your account by 2pm the next working day.

Account opening offers are valid to claim for 2 months from the date your account is opened.

The £30 cash qualifying stipulation is 5 sports bets, each of which must have the potential to win and lose £5 or more and be placed on separate markets.

The losing bet refund only applies to the first settled losing bet and then only a maximum of £10 will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, closing, partially closing and virtual games bets will not count towards qualifying bets.

Clients reopening their account or clients who previously had a Sporting Index account do not qualify for this offer (unless otherwise stated).

BetHilo reserve the right to exercise their sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.

Any cash back claimed in contravention of these Rules will be deemed to have zero worth at bethilo's sole discretion.

Only one cash back and bet refund can be claimed per household.

BetHilo reserve the right to refuse to pay out on any offers if they have reasonable belief that there has been co-operation, collusion and/or organisation of bets from the same source; or if they have reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way. They will reimburse all losses incurred, or honour any winnings made, as a result of the qualifying bets for these offers.
