Excellent home win for out of form Newbury over Plymouth Albion.
It was the visitors who scored first when French wing Nicholas Sestaret went over for a 13th minute try, his 9th of the season, and a 5-0 lead. Nat Saumi made it 8-0 with a penalty on 20 minutes before the home side got off the mark with a Blair Feeney penalty goal on 24 minutes.
Newbury were ahead on 32 minutes after a try from winger Kenneth Bingham and Feeney converted for 10-8.
They also got the opening score of the second half with full back Luke Arscott going in and Saumi concerting for an 18-10 lead.
