Since the qualifying session finished this afternoon, we have learned that both Williams cars will undergo an engine change and drop 10 places down the grid. This will promote both Midland F1 drivers and give back some of what they lost - 16th for Albers, and 18th for Monteiro.
"Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg will both drop ten places on the grid for Sunday’s European Grand Prix after Williams decided to change the engines on their cars ahead of this afternoon’s qualifying session," read the announcement Formula1.com the official web site for the sport.
Mark Webber qualified 10th and Nico Rosberg 12th, which will become 20th and 22nd respectively.

At this point in time then, the grid for the European Grand Prix will appear like the table below, with Christijan 16th and Tiago 18th.
