Reserves Action Replay At City
By Mark Heys November 29 2005
Bolton Wanderers reserves are in action tonight as they face near neighbours Manchester City in a re-scheduled game at the Regional Athletics Arena in Manchester.
The original tie was abandoned in October as City lead the game by two goals to one but a small fire broke out within the stadium and this meant that the referee had to stop play because of safety fears for players and spectators.

Tonight's game sees Bolton coach Jimmy Phillips name a young team with only Ivan Campo and Fabrice Fernandes having had any experience at first team level this season.

City include defender David Sommeil in their side after the Frenchman recovered from a fractured cheekbone and there are also places for Belgian keeper Geert De Vleiger, versitile Chinese star Sun Jihai and forward Antoine Sibierski.
