Reserves To Take On Wolves
By Mark Heys September 26 2005
Bolton reserves will be hoping to bounce back from their recent defeat against Liverpool as they face a potentially difficult away trip to Wolves this evening.
Coach Jimmy Phillips will once again have to work with Academy players due to the fact that the Trotters first team will be involved in the UEFA Cup game with Lokomotiv Plovdiv on Thursday.

That means starting places for First Year scholars Sean Mountford, Matt Cassidy, Mark Ellis, Leslie Thompson, Robert Sissons and Michael Roddy at the Bucks Head ground..

In April of this year the two clubs played out a goalless draw at Telford's Bucks Head ground, whilst Wolves came out as winners in a five goal thriller at the County Ground just over a year ago.

Wolves reserve coach Terry Connor includes the experienced duo Stefan Postma and Ioan Ganea in his line-up as the Black Country outfit look for their first FA Premier Reserve League win of the season.
