Stott Handed Tykes Trial
By Mark Heys November 6 2006
Coca Cola Championship strugglers Barnsley have handed a one week trial to Bolton Wanderers youth academy left back Danny Stott.
Stott is yet to make a first team breakthrough at the Reebok Stadium with his hometown club and he is now hoping to earn a contract with the Tykes who are also putting former Manchester United and Norwich City midfielder Phil Mulryne through his paces.

"We have Phil and Danny in this week and they will both spend time training with us so we can have a closer look at them," said Barnsley manager Andy Ritchie

Walking Down The Manny Road would like to wish Danny all the best during his stint at Oakwell
