In order to give the national side a four week break before next summer's World Cup finals, the FA scheduled four games in eight days over the festive programme for every Premiership team.
With his team preparing for their third game in six days, O'Leary blasted, "That's brilliant - to hell with the managers then. So the managers can get stuffed, if it helps win the World Cup why don't we get sacked?
"It's lovely that this is being done so that England can get a break for the World Cup, but if some manager gets sacked in this period, will he be delighted to sacrifice his job for the World Cup?
"I don't think it's justified, personally, in any way. It's not a case of O'Leary moaning because we've had two good results so far.
"But it is still wrong to play four games in eight days. It could cost some manager his job but we are not asked about it in any way."
