Much is expected of the local lad who turned down the option of staying at Man Utd in order to find first team football. Much is said about the number of former Wolves players amongst our ranks, and Kris was one until Man Utd splashed out £200,000 to take him to Old Trafford when he was only 14 years old. When he joined us mid-way through 02-03, Taylor and Lee both agreed he was not ready for first team football so he was dealt a diet of reserve team football, where he was very impressive. Taylor got his first team chance mid-way through 03-04 against Stoke City, a game he also scored in. He was in and out of the first team for the rest of the season, and is expected to make a strong challenge in 04-05. |

| Kris Taylor has a great engine, when you watch him it seems as if he is everywhere at the same time. His range of passing is good for someone so young, and he very rarely wastes the ball. | ||||||||||
