Umaga expects a tight encounter

COACH Mike Umaga is preparing Nuneaton for another hard game up front at Harrogate tomorrow (3pm). Umaga expects the tight exchanges to be the key area from past experience of Harrogate sides. "Like most games in this division I think it will be won and lost up front, and our tight five know the onus is on them and that it won't be any different this week," said Umaga.

"Harrogate are not unlike Fylde, where we drew two weeks ago, with a very strong pack and a lot of history there, so we have just got to make sure we keep it simple and stay with our game plan."
Both sides have lost once in four National Division Three North starts - Harrogate surrendering their 100 per cent record at leaders Leicester Lions last week while Nuns were beating bottom side Halifax 39-10.
Added Umaga: "We got the five points, but the players didn't really do the things they had trained at or talked about so in that respect it was a little disapppinting.
"They are learning with every game, it's a long process but one thing that hasn't changed is their appetite to become better players. Any game on the road is difficult, but we are going up to win."
Flanker Nick Smith will be out for up to a month with a hamstring strain, but Aaron Turner and Tatu Naivalu are both available again and vying with Mark White for the back row slot.
