Both sides have lost once in four National Division Three North starts - Harrogate surrendering their 100 per cent record at leaders Leicester Lions last week while Nuns were beating bottom side Halifax 39-10.
Added Umaga: "We got the five points, but the players didn't really do the things they had trained at or talked about so in that respect it was a little disapppinting.
"They are learning with every game, it's a long process but one thing that hasn't changed is their appetite to become better players. Any game on the road is difficult, but we are going up to win."
Flanker Nick Smith will be out for up to a month with a hamstring strain, but Aaron Turner and Tatu Naivalu are both available again and vying with Mark White for the back row slot.
