Q1: Has
your season gone as expected?
A: "Yes, we expected to be around where we are, mainly because we made some
excellent signings at the summer, our captain, Jason McAteer being one.
Q2: Are
the fans happy with Brian Little's management and tactics?
A: "Some fans sometimes
questions Little's tactics like substitutions and
insisting on playing Ian Goodison left back. But I for one think Brian has
done wonders at the club. When he first took the hot seat we where down at
the bottom of this League, I think we were 17th. Now he has turned us into
a
well organised team, and always strong at home."
Q3: Still
think you can go up automatically?
A: "If we beat you on Saturday then we've got a great chance of doing so, but
a
lose I think we will find it very hard to do so, with a seven point gap"
Q4: Which
team would you fear most in the play-offs?
A: "Probably Sheffield Wednesday, they just keep going and look promising"
Q5: Whose been
your player of the season so far...?
A: "Without a shadow of doubt, Iain Hume, he just keeps running for everything
and is our top goal scorer which helps"
Q6: ...and who, in your
opinion, has been your most improved player?
A: "Probably
Chris Dagnall, he didn't get a look in last season but now pushes
for a start every game, definitely one to watch"
Q7: How have the Ex-Tigers
Goodison, Whitmore and Beresford been faring this season?
A: "Beresford doesn't
really play, and he doesn't look the right player
for our
club. Whitmore is a great player to bring on, he nearly always changes the
game. But when given a start, he rarely proves himself. Goodison is a good
defender, who has dodgy spells. He is currently being played out of
position at left-back when we play 4-4-2."
Q8: Ryan Taylor
is likely to be up against Stuart Elliott this Saturday - will he be up to
it?
A: "If anyone's up for it, its Ryan Taylor. One of the best players
at the club
with a great future ahead of him. Taylor can also provide a great cross.
Having said that Elliot is a outstanding, scoring that many from midfield."
Q9: Any injuries
or suspensions going into the Hull game?
A: "The main one is Mike Jackson, the heart of our defence who is suspended.
We
also have two strikers out, one through a long term injury, Simon Haworth
and the other is Calvin Zola, who has residency issues. Both these cases
have been going on for some time though now."
Q10: Finally a prediction for Saturday?
A: "I have to go with a home win, 2-1, Eugene Dadi and Iain Hume for us."
