On the Road……

 

By Road:  Leave the M180 at Junction 3 and then take the M181 for Scunthorpe. When this motorway ends, the ground will be visible on the right hand side.  For the Stadium Car Park, turn right at the first roundabout (onto the A18) and then turn right again into the Car Park.

By Rail:

 

If any Rovers fans are travelling to the Stadium by train, be warned that there is a distance of some two miles between the railway station and the Stadium so a taxi will probably be required to reach the Stadium and return to the Station after the game.

Liverpool to Scunthorpe usually requires one change of train (normally at Manchester Piccadilly) and the outward journey takes around 2 hours 50 minutes.  The time of the return journey from this particular match means that coming back may take around 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Chester to Scunthorpe:

 

Chester to Scunthorpe usually requires one change of train (normally at either Stockport or Manchester Piccadilly depending on your chosen route from Chester) and the journey takes around 3 hours 10 minutes each way.

At the Stadium

 

Car Parking:  There is a large Car Park at the Stadium for up to 600 cars.  The charge for match-day parking is £2.00 per car.  There is also some limited street parking available close to the Stadium.

Where to Eat:  There are the usual catering facilities inside the Stadium but in addition there are McDonalds and KFC restaurants situated within a few hundred metres of the Stadium.  There is also The Old Farmhouse Pub serving food close to the ground.

Where to Drink:  The Old Farmhouse Pub is situated within a few hundred yards of the Stadium.
