Following Tuesday evening's come from behind 2-2 derby draw away at Southport, we are asking you to vote for you Tranmere Man of the Match from the game as part of our post-match poll series.

Tranmere were slow out of the blocks in the first half and conceded two sloppy goals through some lacklustre defending.  They did improve as the first half went on and hit the bar from a free kick making the 2-0 deficit perhaps a little flattering for Southport at the break.

Rovers came out of the changing rooms in a totally different mood after the break and had pulled a goal back barely before some Rovers fans had returned to their viewing positions thanks to a close range far post finish from Jay Harris.

With the momentum and possession all in Tranmere's favour it was soon 2-2 as substitute Marlon Jackson held up the ball with his very first touch of the game for James Norwood to slot home an excellent finish.

The home side seemed happy to settle for a draw after the Rovers leveller but there was still time for them to be reduced to ten men as Luke FOster was sent off, leaving Rovers with around 25 minutes to gain a winner against ten men - something they ultimately fell short of doing.

Voted for Norwood, but could of easily voted for Harris too.

Mekki deserves a mention for his non stop running and willingness to receive the ball even after he'd ran himself into the ground

Same as above, Went for Norwood over Harris just because of the goal quality, both were equally deserving.

I went for Norwood as I felt that second half he just didn't stop running - I think I recall him making a tackle just inside our own half to break up a Southport move at one point as well!

Hard to pick between Harris & Norwood. Dawson looked handy as well, but will probably go for Harris as he just keeps the team going with his effort and determination
