Ross Rule
Striker
Ross Rule is a strong, direct striker who will head straight for goal when he has the ball at his feet.
Able to run the channels, Rule is very strong and could well be compared to Josh MacAughley, another youth team striker, although MacAughley is a year older than Rule, who is a first year scholar.
He is though of similar build to MacAughley in that he is not particularly tall but he is deceptively strong and well capable of holding off incoming defenders.
A very quick runner, Rule works well with Ashcroft up front and he too is capable of winning his fair share of headers when the ball comes his way in the air, although it is with the ball at his feet that he is best, as he can score wonder goals from both in and around the penalty area.
