SUPER FRANK!
It all points to the destinies of Deco and possibly various other transfer targets such as Etoó - all hinging on what Lampard decides to do. Much would also depend upon what wheeling and dealing is involved between Inter, Chelsea, Milan and Barcelona over a selection of players.
What puzzles me is that Lampard very recently confirmed that he would stay at Stamford Bridge so the reports of being “torn” between his family and Inter could be just press speculation – or if true – reflect a change of heart.

Mourinho would appear to be insistent about the incorporation of Lampard in his new club as Moratti has made no bones about Inter´s interest, providing the both the media and the FIFA web site with quotes:
“Everybody considers Lampard a great player, but this doesn't mean that signing him will be easy.”
"We like him, though, and he's our No1 priority. Mourinho likes Lampard a lot and we all know that he can be a great player with us."
Strangely, the Inter President added that he wasn’t sure if Inter had made an official approach to Chelsea:
"I think so, I don't know yet. Above all, what has been done up to now is a (transfer market) strategy with Mourinho."
Further, Moratti went on to state that if they couldn’t get Lampard then Deco would be next in their sites:
"He is one of the players with the characteristics that could be useful to our team.”
Barcelona vice-president Marc Ingla said on Catalunya Radio that Chelsea “are yet to make a concrete offer” for Deco.
”We can’t guarantee his career will continue at Chelsea because we are yet to receive an offer from this club.”So are Chelsea delaying on the Deco offer until Lampard makes his mind up? Or will Scolari want to retain Lampard AND still go for Deco?
According to Radio Marca and Marca itself (whom Spanish clubs leak a lot of information to when it interests them) Chelsea have agreed fees with Barcelona for both Etoó and Deco with personal terms left to negotiate.
Etoó; Inter aren´t interested in another forward but Milan have stated their interest in Drogba (who wants to stay at Chelsea apparantly), Adebayor (but Wenger has warned them off with a fax!) and Etoó.
So a straight fight between ourselves and Milan for Etoó (IF Big Phil wants both Drogba and Etoó)? ....or if Drogba is let go then presumably we get a free crack at Etoó?
Hmmm....
