Walsall Cheat Burnley

All fans should know by now that if a club offers a special deal to home fans it must offer the same deal to away fans at the relevant fixture. For example we reduced prices to £10 and £5 for the match against Franchise and had to offer the same prices to those fans travelling up from Milton Keynes.

Walsall had originally offered their own fans a £3 reduction on ticket prices for the match against the Clarets. Burnley Football Club demanded we got the same deal so Walsall have managed to find a loophole that allows them to charge us full price next Saturday.

Walsall have kindly offered Burnley fans a £3 reduction if they also buy another ticket for one of Walsall's final 2 home games(Sheffield United and Rotherham). This obviously means that Burnley fans won't be taking Walsall up on this offer and as a result will have to pay full price.

The game has been made all-ticket and it has come as a direct result of the problems we had at Bradford on Saturday with thousands of Burnley fans turning up at Valley Parade and a large number of them couldn't get into the ground.

Tickets for Walsall will go sale to Season ticket holder and Foundation members this Thursday and any remaining tickets will go on general sale next Tuesday.
